Family Gathering Challenge:

Death by Burpees:
Starting at 5 Burpees in Minute 1, add 1 burpee for each minute. If you are no longer able to complete the work within the minute, your workout has ended.

Flow:
Minute 1: 5 Burpees
Minute 2: 6 Burpees
Minute 3: 7 Burpees
Minute 4: 8 Burpees
Minute 5: 9 Burpees
Minute 6: 8 Burpees —> did not complete the goal burpees, stop and pat yourself on the back!

You may start at a higher number or lower number of burpees in round 1 depending your goals and your family/friends’ goals.
