20 Thrusters @ 75/55

Stimulus

1) Looking to build up to 75% and stay there or build across the sets to a maximum of 85%. You should feel like you have a few reps in reserve at the end of each set

2) Steady pace on the box jumps and 1-2 sets on the thrusters. Pause at the top and take a breath for both movements
