“Bear Sprint”

Every 3 Minutes x 6 Rounds:

2 Dumbbell Bear Complexes
15 Abmat Sit-ups
Max Reps On Echo Bike in time remaining

Stimulus

Looking to complete the Bear Complexes in under 2 minutes before recovering on the Echo Bike. Each complex should be completed unbroken with a short break taken between each set if needed.
