1) This workout gives you the chance to get some quality work in on harder movements. Use the bike at a moderate pace to be able to put more intensity into the other movements. You can perform the power cleans as quick singles, aiming to load to 65% or less for the weight. Cap the Handstand walk practice at 1:30 each time.
