Stimulus
1) You will be building over these four sets of 3. Aim to start these sets at roughly 83% and build from there to roughly 93% Focus on proper set up and drive through the feet.
2) This workout involves short work to rest intervals. The flow of the workout includes completing 8 rounds of one movement before moving onto the next. Choose a bench press DB weight that you could perform 25 reps unbroken at when fresh. Try to maintain unbroken sets of 20 seconds at time.
