1) You will working through two sections that are back to back 15 minute couplets, making a 30:00 workout in total. Complete all of the rounds of descending cleans and bike before advancing to the pull ups and bike. CHoose a weight and modifications that allow you to complete all sets of cleans and pull ups, mainly the large sets, in under 1:00. The goal is to have at least 30 seconds on the bike in the larger rounds.
