Stimulus

1) You are focusing on increasing the percentages this week in your deadlift. Focus on working down the rep scheme, then trying for one or more reps at the heaviest percentage. This will be a fairly maximal percentage so ensure proper form throughout the reps.

2) Choose reps/variations that allow you to complete all movements unbroken and crisp throughout. Slowly start to increase your RPE throughout the AMRAP. Aim to hit roughly 6 rounds or more throughout this workout.
