Stimulus

1) The KB swings and push ups should be broken up early into quick sets to avoid muscular fatigue. The KB swings should be fully locked out overhead with full hip extension. Try to maintain good form on the push ups … no snaking! The bike can be subbed for a 400m run or 30/24 Cal Row.
