Stimulus

1) You have some rest in this workout so push to finish the four minutes at a good pace. After you rest, you will pick up where you left off of. Use a single dumbbell for snatches that is a heavier weight than you normally would use. Both heads of the dumbbell must touch the ground between reps. Start with the KB between your legs. Use your hips as the power source behind each rep and swing till the KB is fully extended above your head. Aim to get between 4-5 rounds!
