Stimulus
1) Follow a 5-4-3-2-1-1-1… for warm-up. Can be any overhead pressing movement that you’d like to work on
2) Start with a touch-and-go set and finish with quick singles to keep moving. Cap of 5 minutes but goal should be 2-3 minutes
3) Max effort for calories on any machine or run 1km for time
