Stimulus

1) You will be doing 6 sets of a snatch complex, building in weight. One complex includes one hang power snatch and one hang squat snatch. You are not dropping the barbell between these two reps. Keep in mind that the hang position can be from anywhere above the knee.

2) This is a cardio based workout with no structured rest included. Keep this workout at a conversation pace, this is a pace to flush out the legs after Murph.
