Stimulus
1) You will be completing one rep at each minute. Aim to build to roughly 80%. Focus on a strong drive off the floor and catch in your quarter squat.
2) Each round starts with a 600m run or 36/30 Cal Bike. Use the rest of the four minutes to get in as many sandbag cleans as possible. The run should take roughly 3:00, giving you roughly 1:00 to do cleans. Choose a weight that you can do steady sandbag cleans without huge breaks, using the run as moderate break.
