Rest 1 Minute After Each Round

Stimulus

1) If you do not have any percentages, build to a technical load and stay there. Focus is to extend on the power clean and pull under for a partial squat, then extend for the squat clean and catch as low as YOU can (does not have to be ass-to-grass if you lack the ROM)

2) Repeat workout from September 15, 2021. Looking to complete each round in 2-3 minutes, going unbroken on first two movements and resting ~30s between rope climbs. 20 minute cap
