Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy single/triple and do a few sets there until time runs out

2) If you are up for a different kind of challenge, try to do your DUs unbroken today. Each round will take 1.5-2.5 minutes, increase number of GHD sit-ups over the last time you tried them (if you weren’t too sore)
