THEN: Do 1x3 @ 90% and 1x3 @ 80% of heavy 3

2) “Brief Relief”
3 Minute AMRAP, 1 Minute Rest x 5 Rounds:
3 Burpee Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups
6 Box Jump Overs @ 30/24
9 Wallballs @ 30/20
Stimulus
1) Build to a heavy set of 3 front squats then do two back-off sets based on heavy 3 (not 1RM)
2) 3 minutes of work, 1 minute of rest, 5 rounds. Carry on where you left off.
