Stimulus
1) You will be completing four sets of 5 reps. Aim to start your first set at roughly 75% and build in small jumps from there . Ensure your form is not failing; if it starts to fall apart, maintain the same weight.
2) You will alternate between double unders and GHD sit ups each 1:30. You will complete 5 rounds of each movement in total, starting with double unders. Pick reps/variations that allow you to complete them in 1 minute or less. This leaves you 30 seconds for wall walks, where one rep should take roughly 10 seconds.
