5 minute AMRAP: Max Handstand Push-ups (Or Box HSPU/Push-ups)
- EMOM Starting at 0:00: 9 Deadlifts @ 185/135

Stimulus

1) Build to 83% of your 1RM and rest as needed to complete 5 sets of 3 reps at this weight

2) 5 Minute AMRAP, 2 Minute Rest, 5 Minute AMRAP. There are a total of 10 working minutes here, each minute starts with 9 unbroken deadlifts and with whatever time is left you are getting as many reps in as possible of toes-to-bar (first 5 minute AMRAP) or handstand push-ups (second 5 minute AMRAP). You should be able to perform small to medium sets of both movements, aiming for 5-10 reps each round
