1) Stop on the ground for each rep (no bounce) and reset starting position if needed. Build to a heavy triple resting as needed
2) Each round starts with a bike buy-in (max 1:15) then chip away at reps of Angie until time runs out (or until work is completed). Modify movements so you can complete pull-ups and push-ups in sets of 3-5 reps for all 100
