Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk

Stimulus
1) Select two skills you want to work on and do one rep of each, every minute on the minute, for 10 minutes (10 rounds)
2) Big sets in the first round, recover on the bike in the second and third rounds while maintaining big sets of push jerks and double-unders. Select a weight on push jerks that allows for them to be done in 2 sets max. Spend roughly 2 minutes on DUs each round, 15 minute cap
