Stimulus

1) You will be building in weight over these five sets of two, starting at roughly 75%. These will get heavy fast, so belt up if needed. Focus on pulling the slack out of the bar and keeping it close to the centre of the body.

2) THis workout is a combo of a moderate barbell and cardio. Choose a weight on the bar that takes no longer than 1:30 to complete one set of 10. This should be a moderate load that you could cycle for five unbroken reps at a time. Small sets of touch and go will be the best way to chip away at these. Aim to complete the bike in roughly 2:00 or less. This should be a challenging pace but allow you to go straight to the barbell after.
