Stimulus
1) Following a 15 minute timer, you can follow along to structure the rest or if you need more time to warm up you can rest less at the beginning and more towards the end. Use 73% of your 1RM deadlift and do 5 x 5
2) A very upper body fatiguing workout with the 10 rounds of walking/crawling. Break things up early and try to modify the workout (shorter distances, elevated push-ups/hspu, lighter weights) so that you can be done under the cap of 20 minutes
