Virtual/At-Home Schedule Now 6 Days a Week!
Our online classes will now be running 6 days a week!
Based on some feedback from our regular virtual class goers, we are adjusting the weekly Virtual/At-Home schedule to the following starting Monday, September 27, 2021.
Mon/Wed/Fri: 6:30am
Mon/Tue/Thu: 6:30pm
Sun Strength: 10:00am
If you are interested in trying virtual classes and have any questions, please contact val@crossfitonefifty.com. We do online classes different than the norm ;)
Also if there is a demand, we would love to add more days/times to this schedule - just let us know!
