The Run Clinic
Learn from the best. Our specialized Run Clinic is led by Naysa Woods, a certified coach with over 200 hours of coaching experience and an elite running background. Both sessions cover similar foundational skills, so you can attend either day or book both for extra practice!
When: Saturday, June 27 (8:00 AM) OR Sunday, June 28 (10:00 AM).
Format: 1-hour standalone technique and endurance coaching.
Capacity: 15 participants maximum per session.
Pricing (Per Session): $15 Members | $25 Non-Members.

The CFCL Run Club
Running is now integrated directly into your standard CrossFit CL membership. Follow our structured 2-4 day running program designed to build your engine without skipping your regular gym routine.
The Schedule: Intervals on Mondays/Wednesdays, easy runs on Thursdays, and long runs (or HYROX prep) on Sundays.
Tracking: Fully integrated into remote BTWB programming.
