- build to moderate load and maintain, focusing on tight back and shoulders (squeeze those armpits, extend the upper back, keep the bar in contact at all times)

Alternating EMOM for 20 minutes:
10 T2B/Sit-ups + 10-20 DUs
10 KBS @ 24/32 + 10-20 DUs
- reduce reps to whatever is maintainable if needed
