This was a bit of an off-week as we will not be having Weightlifting today, but starting next week we will take some elements of the Gymnastics Tuesday to bring into the warm-up for Weightlifting days. This means we will be moving to Weightlifting from Monday - Thursday and be performing some elements of gymnastics each day.
