Strict DB Press (split stance)

 - Aim for 4 challenging reps for 7 rounds each movement

Tag your partner

20 Minute AMRAP

 - Range of motion and movement quality trump volume of work here. If either ROM or quality decrease, take that as a cue to slow down and work at a pace that allows near-perfect movement.
