 - Same as last week, try to get comfortable with this complex

Strength & Structural Balance Stream

Romanian Deadlift - 5 x 4 building to a moderate load

5 Power Snatches @ 95/135, or 3 DB Snatches per side

10 Pull-ups

10 T2B

5 RFT

This is a good workout to do strict + kipping pull-ups for those looking to improve there. Near-unbroken sets at a fast pace, aiming for 8-10 minutes.
