- from floor, snappy, catch as high as possible
- pause in receiving position before standing
Strength/Structural Balance Stream
Back Squats - 6 x 3 at a moderate load (max 80%)
- focus on controlled descent, fast ascent
- no bounce, squeeze butt at top for 3s
