Seated Strict MU turnover/Strict Pull-up

Strict DB Press (split stance)

 - Aim for 4 challenging reps for 7 rounds each movement

Ring Dips/Push-ups

 - meant to be a quick workout, I suggest doing singles on the barbell power cleans and break up sets of dips and push-ups early on
