Every 15 reps do 7-10 burpees each (~30s)

120 Squat Snatches @ 135/205
Every 15 reps do 7-10 burpees each (~30s)
THEN:
Run to 35th / Row 2000m / Bike 5000m (like the wind)
*I am not expecting anyone to do this at RX'd weights, just make it difficult.
