New Offerings, Learn-To-CrossFit & Bring-A-Friend-Day Unite!

StrongFit YXE proudly presents to you the newest additions to our CrossFit Foundations classes. On July 2nd, which is a stat holiday following Canada Day, we will be offering a 1-hour "Learn-To-CrossFit" Foundations class, to be followed by our Bring-A-Friend-Day workout. Both are FREE to everyone, with or without experience. No pre-registration is required although if you plan on joining us, please let us know in the comments section. The 1-hour Learn-To-CrossFit class is a longer variation of what we normally do in our Foundations class, but we will spend time covering the technical movements for the day's workouts under the instruction of several trainers in a group setting. Immediately after the hour is when you would join our regular group class. If you have any questions or would like to know more, please message us or e-mail jason@strongfityxe.com.

12pm - Bring-A-Friend WOD
4pm - Learn-To-CrossFit
5pm - Bring-A-Friend WOD

We are also offering FREE muscle-up and snatch mechanics seminars:

Tuesday, July 3rd - 7pm -8:30pm: Your First Muscle-Ups

Friday, July 6th - 6pm - 8pm: Snatch Mechanics

Both seminars will start with the foundational movements required in order to safely and effectively work towards developing those skills.
