Free Muscle-Up Clinic

Whether you're working towards your first muscle-up or would like to be more consistent with them in workouts, you can join us for a clinic that breaks down the skill. Change your focus when performing ring rows, strict pull-ups, and dips to train towards muscle-up efficiency. Know the progressions and when to advance, or work the regressions to train what's missing.
