2 gym width hamstring walks with DB (challenging, not to failure)

6 Bulgarian split squats per leg (challenging, not to failure

10 kettlebell kneeling chops per side (20 total)

50 alternating jump ropes with high knees

Part 2:

5 rounds of:

25 seconds bike

5 second transition

25 seconds hanging knee raise (hand placement on rig changes each round)

5 second transition

25 seconds DB push up to alternating DB rows

rest 1:30 after each round.
