Schedule Update
We will be making the following changes to our schedule effective for March:
7am Row Conditioning dates are:
Monday, March 2nd
Friday, March March 6th
Monday, March 9th
Friday, March 13th
Monday, March 16th
Wednesday, March 18th
Wednesday, March 25th
Friday Changes:
We will be moving 6:30pm Weightlifting to 6:00pm and there will be no option for CompTrain in the evening (11:30am CompTrain will be the only one for Fridays).
Saturday Changes:
We are adding a third class to our morning with the following schedule beginning on Saturday, March 7th:
8:30am CrossFit
9:30am CrossFit
10:30am CrossFit
