More hours & Weightlifting with Kade is back!

Effective the week of June 15th, the following CrossFit classes will be available Monday through Friday:

  • 6am CrossFit

  • 8am CrossFit

  • 4pm CrossFit

We are also adding Beginner Weightlifting back to the schedule, with different days and times:

  • Tuesdays @ 7pm (Snatches)

  • Thursdays @ 7pm (Clean & Jerks)

This program is intended to supplement our CrossFit program and is focused on learning the technique of Weightlifting. Attendees at the recreational level are welcome to attend, those that wish to compete in the sport would be required to attend a different training session.

Please note that these classes are being added to the schedule and that no classes were removed. Class sizes will continue to be limited and attendees must register through MindBody, sign up available now.
