50 Double/Single Unders
2 Power Cleans
2 Front Squats
2 Push Jerks

Build in weight but keep reps sharp and in control.

30-20-10:
Power Cleans
Front Squats
Push Jerks

Barbell @ 95/65, should be kept at a weight that would allow for unbroken sets at the 30s (able to but break up into 2-3 sets as a good strategy). If not squatting or going overhead, replace movement with deadlifts. Aim to finish in 10-15 minutes, with an 18 minute cap.
