“Krista” (COVID version)
With a partner (in an adjacent box):
20 Minute AMRAP:
5 Toes-To-Bar / Knee-Raises
10 Thrusters @ 75/55
15 Kettlebell Swings @ 24/16
One person working at a time, get as many rounds in as you can in 20 minutes. Can switch with your partner at any time, each person must have their own equipment and stay in their own box.
On January 9th, 2016, the world lost this beaming smile. Today we are doing “Krista” in her memory. These days and today in particular, let us appreciate those around us and what we are all capable of.
P.S. if you’ve got colorful CrossFit-y socks, wear them! Krista travelled for her work and often visited CrossFit gyms picking up socks to show off at the gym!
