Get Fit...BEFORE Starting At The Gym!
One less obstacle to clear!
We’ve heard this one lots of times, “I have to get fit before starting CrossFit.” Well now we’re helping you get past this barrier by offering in-person and online Foundations classes, preparing you for those group classes that you’re worried about. Even though we try to assure everyone new that you don’t need to be fit before starting CrossFit (we take care good care of our beginners!), it’s a tough mental hurdle to overcome. Our solution: a three month On-Ramp program to build your familiarity with the movements, workout formats, relationship with coaches, and of course, your fitness. If you are not worried about getting fit before the gym, maybe one of these other reasons may be what’s holding you back:
Worried about COVID? We offer Live Streams for your sessions or you can come into our gym where we will designate private or semi-private personal training sessions.
Tough schedule? We’ll work with you around your schedule for the Live online Foundations sessions and can adjust our weekend hours to be accommodating for groups.
No equipment? We’ve got equipment we can loan you for the duration of the On-Ramp program.
No space? If you can do a burpee in the space that you have, we’ve got the workouts and equipment that will work for you. More space than you need? We’ve got equipment for that!
Since gyms have reopened we have been limiting the number of new members to specific time slots. Our members are very important to us and with the current restrictions in place, we have done the following to best accommodate them:
More classes throughout the day (in-person) starting at 6 am and closing at 8pm
Near-daily Virtual classes at 12pm, 7pm, and one weekend class
Lent equipment such as rowers, bikes, full bumper plates and barbell sets, and dumbbells to dozens of members
Even with these offerings our classes are still at their capacity (hurray for our members using their membership!!). By offering a flexible program that allows new members to complete their Foundations as well as develop their fitness/coaching relationships/stay safe, leading into a new, larger space in the coming months, we are able to transition them right into classes. So what does this program cost, what is the commitment, and what hours are available?
Virtual classes + Dumbbells + 8 drop-in times at StrongFit = $140/m
3 month commitment to start
Can continue at $140/m on a month-to-month contract (cancel any time)
Option to rent bike or rower for an additional $60/m

The schedule we will be offering for Virtual CrossFit will be as follows:
Monday - Thursday 7pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 12pm
Sunday - 10am
The schedule we will be offering for Beginner CrossFit at StrongFit will be as follows:
Friday - 6pm
Sunday - 11am
