1 Snatch/Clean Grip Push Jerk
1 Snatch Balance/Front Squat

Start light and build as a warm-up (not heavy)

5 Sets:
1 High Hang Squat Snatch/Clean
1 Hang Squat Snatch/Clean

Start at lower load than where you finished, build to technical loads

All done as an EMOM
