2) “Snap, Crackle, Pop”

Every 2 Minutes x 10 Rounds:
600/500m Echo Bike
30 Double-Unders
10 Push Press @ 95/65

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy double resting as needed. Can perform strict presses or bench presses instead if needed

2) Looking to complete the work with a bit of rest at the end (10-15s) with the “score” being your slowest round. Modify movements to make sure rounds are maintainable at unbroken sets.
