5 Minute AMRAP, 1 Minute Rest, 5 Rounds:
500/400m Row
Max Rounds of “The Chief”

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy double for the day, resting as needed. Not for a max double unless you are feeling great. “Deadstop” means you are stopping on the ground each time rather than tapping the ground.

2) ~2 minutes on the rower then complete as many rounds as possible of “The Chief” until 5 minutes has elapsed, rest 1 minute, then repeat. Carry on where you left off on “The Chief” each time rather than restarting. Modify movements to complete them unbroken
