Move

1) Deadlifts: Build to a technical set of 3 for the day

2) 7 Minute AMRAP:

10 Goblet Squats
5 Kettlebell Deadlifts

Train

1) Deadlifts: 5 x 3
- start at 80% and build to heavy for the day

2) “Optimus Prime”

7 Minute AMRAP:
Wallballs @ 20/14

Every Minute (Starting @ 0:00):
5 Deadlifts @ 225/155

Stimulus

1) Potentially building to a 3RM (if you’re feeling good), expect to get above 90% here and take 2-3 minutes of rest between sets

2) Repeat workout from 8/15/22. Start every minute with 5 deadlifts and with the time remaining complete as many sets of wallballs as you can. Goal should be to do deadlifts unbroken and pick a maintainable number of wallballs for each round
