Stimulus

1) Starting around 65% of your 1RM Power Snatch, cycle through 10 unbroken power snatches and continue building for two more sets

2) Select a weight for power snatches that you can cycle through large sets (10-15 at a time) taking no longer than 4 minutes, followed by 3-4 minutes of bar-facing burpees, finishing with a 4-5 minute row
