Today we wish Amy K (AKA Amelia, AKA Kozlinsky) a happy belated birthday, from her dear friend Leslie P! Amy is one of our super event volunteers (because she doesn’t want to participate) and even though she comes off as shy she really wants everyone to give her high-fives and hugs. Happy birthday week, Amy!

2 Minutes On, 1 Minute Off x 10 Rounds:
8 Dumbbell Front Squats @ 50/35
8 Dumbbell Bench Press (Or Push-ups)
25’ Single DB OH Lunges (Left)
25’ Single DB OH Lunges (Right)
Stimulus
Get as far as you can in two minutes, then take a one minute break. When the timer starts again, carry on where you left off. Front Squats can be done as goblet squats or air squats if needed, bench press for push-ups (if that’s what you’re working on), lunges can be in the front rack or down by your side
