2) “AMRAPPER’S Delight”

15 Minute AMRAP:
8 Toes-To-Bar
8 Power Snatches @ 115/85
8 Bar-Facing Burpees

Stimulus

1) Rest as needed to complete all snatches as prescribed. Cap of 20 minutes. If you are unsure of % then your last single of each round should be heavy (technically)

2) Lots of rounds here, push the pace and get very uncomfortable. Modify all movements to be near-unbroken
