1) Deadlifts: Build to a heavy double

2) “Breakfast of Champions”

In Pairs:
27 Minute AMRAP:
7 Hang Power Cleans @ 165/115
4 Partner Tire Flips
5 Tire Jump Overs (Or step/crawl)

Stimulus

1) Rest as needed and get to a heavy double deadlift for the day. 20 minutes

2) Share the work and keep moving. Lots of posterior chain work today so keep it safe and be conservative if you’re feeling tight/stiff/tired. Flip the tire, then jump on, in, on, over. You can step or crawl as well :)
