Stimulus
1) This should not be a building set to failure. This will be a weight roughly around 50% of your 1RM. Focus on your breathing and bracing, maintaining a steady slow pace throughout this large set.
2) You should aim to get roughly 7-9 reps of your BBJ in between the roughly 1 minute row each round. Adjust the row so it takes roughly 1 minute or less.
