1) Power Clean: Build to a heavy set of 3

Move

10 Rounds:
3-10 Strict Pull-ups
3 (1 Power Clean + 1 Push Press)

2) “Tug-O-War”

5 Rounds For Time:
20 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
5-4-3-2-1 Clean & Jerks @ 225/155

Stimulus

1) Focus on long arms until the bar has reached the top third of the thighs in order to maximize use of lower body, then use arms to pull yourself into a squat (kept above parallel)

2) Try to do large sets of pull-ups without compromising grip and upper body endurance for the clean and jerks. Max weight of 75% on CJs, 15 minute cap
