1) Work with a weighted PVC pipe or empty bar if your biggest limiter is mobility related, then add weight if possible. Squat with the narrowest grip allowable if you experience wrist discomfort
2) Meant to be a very fast workout (10 minute cap), load OHS weight to something you can complete in under 3 minutes
