1) Build to heavy double clean and jerk

Move
10 Minute AMRAP:
3 Deadlifts
3 Power Cleans
3 Push Presses

2) “Macho Man V2”
EMOM x 10:
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Push Jerks

Stimulus
1) Do 1 clean + 1 jerk, two times, building to a heavy load for the day

2) Choose any weight that you think you can maintain. Cleans should be in singles, the third clean and remaining reps should be unbroken
